Your free deep digital audit.

We go through your entire digital presence the way a customer and a search engine would, then hand you what we find. What is working, what is broken, what is missing, and what to do about it. There is no charge for finding out.

What we go through

Eight areas, in detail.

Not one corner of your marketing. Everything a customer meets between not knowing you exist and deciding to buy.

  1. Foundations

Whether search engines can reach your site and file it at all. Robots, sitemap, indexing, certificate, canonical tags.

  2. Machine readability

Whether a machine can describe your business correctly without guessing. Structured data, entity signals, the words in your title and description.

  3. Search findability

Whether you turn up when someone looks. Your own name, your name plus your category, and the phrases a customer would actually type when they do not know you exist yet.

  4. AI findability

What the AI assistants say when someone asks them about a business like yours, and whether you are part of that answer or absent from it.

  5. Social findability

Whether you can be found and understood on the platforms your customers use, which is a different question from how many followers you have.

  6. Share surface

What your link looks like when somebody sends it to somebody else. The image, the title, the description, the small things that decide whether it gets opened.

  7. Speed and weight

Whether the page arrives before the visitor gives up, measured on a phone rather than on a fast desktop connection.

  8. Conversion path

Once somebody does arrive, whether they can work out what you do and reach a human being without hunting for it.

What you get

A document, not a phone call.

A written report in your hands, laid out properly and yours to keep. Every finding cites the evidence we actually collected, so nothing in it is an opinion you have to take on trust.

Where something is broken, the fix comes with it. Where that fix is code, it is written out ready to paste, so you can hand the document to your own developer and never speak to us again if that is what you want.

It also states plainly what we did not check. That section is what makes the rest of it worth reading.

What we need from you

Very little.

Your website address, the name of your business as customers know it, and a sentence about what you sell and who to. That is genuinely enough to begin.

If you have social profiles, tell us where they are so we look at the right ones rather than guessing. If you do not have a website yet, say so and we will audit what does exist.

We do not need passwords or access to any of your accounts. The audit is done entirely from the outside, because the outside is where your customers are standing.

Most businesses have never seen this about themselves.

People are already searching for what you sell. The question is only whether they reach you or somebody else.

How it runs

  1. You send the form

Takes about a minute. Nothing in it is a trick question.

  2. We do the work

Around five working days. We do not need anything else from you while it runs.

  3. You get the document

Yours to keep, act on, or hand to somebody else entirely.

Straight answers

Is it really free?

Yes. No charge, no obligation, and no requirement to work with us afterwards. We do it because it is the honest way to show you what we are like to work with, and because most businesses have never seen this information about themselves.

How long does it take?

Around five working days from the point where we have what we need from you. If it will take longer than that we tell you before we start, not after.

Do you need access to my website or accounts?

No. The whole audit is done from the outside, exactly as a customer or a search engine would see you. That is the point — we are measuring what the world can find, not what your dashboard says.

What if the audit says everything is fine?

Then we tell you that, and we do not invent a problem to sell you a solution. It is rare, but it happens, and saying so is worth more to us than a bad engagement.

Will you send me a sales pitch afterwards?

We will tell you what we would do about what we found, and what it would cost. You are free to take the document to another agency, hand it to your own developer, or do nothing at all. It is yours either way.
