What is on it

These pages describe our services in general terms. Nothing here is professional advice, an offer capable of acceptance, or a promise of a particular result.

Search rankings, AI answers, map placements and advertising performance are decided by other companies’ systems, and those systems change without notice. We can improve how well a business is set up to be found. Nobody can guarantee a position, and anyone who does is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Working with us

Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement dealing with scope, fees, timing, ownership and confidentiality. Where that agreement differs from this page, the agreement wins.

A free audit is exactly that — free, and with no obligation on either side. It does not create a client relationship.

Because we work with clients in different countries, the law that governs a piece of work is agreed for that project and set out in its written agreement, rather than fixed here.

Ownership

The words, design, code and brand marks on this site belong to Best View Agency unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reproduce them commercially without asking us first.

Client names and logos shown on this site remain the property of those companies and appear as a record of work done, not as an endorsement of us by them.

Using it sensibly

Please do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, use it to send anything unlawful, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us. Our contact form is for genuine enquiries.

Links to other sites

We link out for reference, including to the websites of companies we have worked with. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it always will be, that it will be free of errors, or that it will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on the general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
